A description of what we build. It is information, not an offer, and reading it puts neither of us under any obligation.

What is described here develops. A capability shown on these pages may be in a different state by the time you ask about it, and we will tell you plainly which state it is in.

Read it, quote it with attribution, link to it, send it to a colleague. None of that needs our permission.

What we ask you not to do:

• interfere with the site, or try to reach anything on it that is not published
• collect from it automatically at a rate that degrades it for anyone else
• present our text or our drawings as your own work

The text, the drawings, the figures, the Neuralstack mark and the Superdigital name are ours. Quoting a page does not transfer any of it, and nothing on this site grants a licence to our software.

That the site is always up, always current, or free of error. That every capability described is available in your country on the day you read about it.

Nothing on these pages is a performance commitment. A commitment about what a system will do for your operation exists only in an agreement both sides have signed.

Asking for a demo starts a conversation; it does not book anything and costs nothing.

A pilot or a deployment is governed by its own signed agreement. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement prevails — on every point.

We link to superdigital.asia and occasionally elsewhere. A site we link to has its own terms and we do not control what it publishes.

To the extent Malaysian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of this site, or out of a decision taken on the strength of what is published here rather than of a signed agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

What happens to anything you send us through the form is set out in the Personal Data Protection Notice, which is given under section 7 of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and is part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
