The platform at work

What happens when a supplier slips

One real event, followed all the way through. Five steps later the orders are safe, the customers know, and the platform remembers why.

01The trigger
  1. 01

    A supplier slips

The signal arrives from the portal — or from someone’s email. To the platform, the same thing.

  2. 02

    The core places it

The core matches it against the plan, the stock and your open commitments. It knows which orders are at risk before anyone asks.

  3. 03

    Agents move in parallel

Procurement checks alternatives against live contracts. Planning resequences the queue. Communications tells the affected customers.

  4. 04

Inside your limits, it simply happens

Outside them, a person decides — with the answer already prepared and the reasoning attached.

  5. 05

    That reasoning is kept

Next time, the platform starts from it.

A system of record tells you what happened. An assistant guesses what’s next. Superdigital tells you what has already been done, and why

Architecture

The architectural backbone of an AI-native enterprise

Three functions, one secured contour: signals become context, context becomes a decision, and the decision returns as action

  1. →context

    Perception — it sees

Communications, knowledge fabric, integrations, edge. Messages, documents, telemetry and machines arrive as one stream of events

  2. →decision

    Cognition — it decides

The cognitive core takes a goal, breaks it down, assigns agents, re-plans on failure. The policy layer is the line it cannot cross

  3. →action

    Action — it operates

Agents for procurement, planning, logistics, quality, finance and HR. Autonomous inside policy. Every step traceable

00

Cybersecurity Fabric

The contour

Security is the contour, not a module. It verifies every request, enforces every policy boundary, and keeps keys, logs and audit inside your perimeter

Zero Trust · TEE · Encryption · Immutable audit · Key management

01

Agents

Action

Domain experts for procurement, production, logistics, HR and finance. Autonomous inside the policies you set, with every step traceable

Domain agents · Agent coordinator · Memory and tools

02

Cognitive core

Cognition

The brain of the system. Takes a goal, assigns agents, tracks execution and re-plans when something fails. Critical decisions go to a person

Process orchestrator · Secure LLM gateway · Event bus

03

Policy

Cognition

Your budgets, limits and priorities, written as rules. Every request is checked against them — passed, refused, or raised to a person

Policy repository · Authority matrix · Escalation rules

04

Communications

Perception

People and agents work in one stream. Every message is an event the system can act on

Secure chat and mail · Voice and video · Event API

05

Knowledge

Perception

The enterprise’s memory. A regulation, a contract, a drawing and a sensor reading sit in one context, and agents take theirs from here

Knowledge graph and ontologies · Telemetry store · Vector document base

06

Integration

Perception

Existing systems stay in place and keep running. Their data is adapted into the same event stream as everything else

ERP · SAP · MES · SCADA · WMS · Supplier portals

07

Edge

Perception · Action

The nerve endings of the system. Machines, conveyors, robots, sensors and controllers, answered close to the line

PLC · IIoT edge gateway · Edge AI stations

Designed as one. Built in layers

Control

Autonomy with a boundary

The platform does more than a dashboard because it is allowed to. What it is allowed to do is written down, by you, in advance.

  1. Budgets, limits, priorities and an authority matrix, set in an interface a manager can read. The agent cannot widen them

  2. The escalation arrives with the answer already prepared and the reasoning attached, so the decision is a yes or a no, not an investigation

  3. What was done, on what data, under which rule, authorised by whom. Audit is built into the architecture, not assembled after the fact

  4. On-premise or in your own private environment. Which also settles the question of cross-border data transfer

Deployment

What you get, stage by stage

The architecture is seven layers. The rollout is three stages — because you don’t switch on the whole stack at once. Here is what each stage gives you.

  1. 01

    Secure communication, with intelligence inside

Chat, mail, voice and video inside your perimeter — with the first agents reading the stream from day one. Your correspondence stays on your infrastructure, and the event bus for everything else is now live.

  2. 02

The core and the knowledge fabric

The orchestrator, the event bus and the enterprise knowledge fabric, on your infrastructure. Agents now have context: your plans, your stock, your contracts, your history.

  3. 03

    The first autonomous loop

One measurable process — procurement, planning, quality or document flow. Baselines recorded before we start. Results you can point to. After this, the next loops are yours to launch.

Three stages. Each one stands on its own

Demo

See it running

Forty-five minutes, one of your processes, a straight answer.

We map one of your processes against the platform and tell you what a first loop would take. If it isn’t a fit, you’ll hear that in the same session.

Got it. Someone will reply within a business day to find a time. If you want to send context ahead, just reply to that email.
